Those are nice, but they're not ciabatte at all. They don't even look like one. You don't use a whole lot of flour and the key is the fermentation (20 hrs. or so) and the air bubbles.
Instead of putting into the microwave, what you can do is put a pot of boiling water into the oven on the same shelf as the dough...and wallah, an easy proof box.
There are a million ways to make Ciabatta, but without a Biga resting for 18 hous
you do not get the aroma and taste of real Ciabatta.

Those look more like regular, Italian bread or big baguettes. These are not ciabatte.
