I compared this song to Billy Joel's Piano Man and strangely their are very few similarities. First of all the intro is very different until he starts playing into the singing. That sound more like Piano Man than the rest of the song. Second, the lyrics are very simmilar. The tempo of the song is also very different. and lastly the key that the song is is is very different. Thus I think it can be considered an original song. Although it does have some but few similarities to Piano Man. ~Chris
