  • This dude KICKS ASS bro!

  • How's those knees after that?

  • @Fl33tw00d

    Perfectly fine of course.

  • nice bells !! those things are much much tougher than you are making them look !! top stuff

  • wtf those 16kg's look as big as my 24kg lol

my 16kg looks way smaller than those ones ._. wtf are they made from lol

  • @sulkoma Hollow Steel, competition size bells have all absolutely the same size regardless of weight, since they are used for training competition lifts in Girevoy Sports Competitions.

Equivalent would be a football, you use the same in the junior league as in the NFL, the size of the ball never changes.

  • yeah i could do this about thirty times. your a chump

  • @ChangeTunes

Great talking without any backup. Since I already HAVE Done this more than thirty times in a row, have done it with more than double the weight...

Well I love you too. Seems the more people make an ass out of themselves on a video, the more quality it has, eh?

  • Good job bro!

  • Как то тяжело у него идёт, 2*16 надо по шустрее делать и по больше раз.

  • you´re fat and weak

  • @fljugherra

    I love you too, bro.

  • you are a god

  • Love the ROCKY music in the background

  • They are 16kg competition size bells. I have done the lift with 2 32s before on video but never with 2 40s. That would be another goal of mine. Thanks nonetheless. I have used this lift to actually create conditioning workouts by using long cycle clean and jerk followed by double OHS. Works pretty well I think. Called it Hells Bells crediting AC/DC

  • @Shaolos

Funny this was brought up. I wondered the same thing. So, are those hollow at some point in the center or something?

  • @meetmeatthe1 Yeah, they are hollow to have al the exact same size. Heavier bells have lead and sometimes even titanium cores to become as heavy. Anything above 32s isnt used in competition, custom titanium cores are next to inaffordable as well ;)

  • @Shaolos Did not know that. Thanks.

  • girya16240 - Those are competition bells, they are all the same size but they weight different. They are however color coded, 16kg is yellow. Still very good efforts Shaolos.

  • those aren't 16s...those are 40 kg bells. I'm impressed, but you're making it sound like less weight than it is. I have a set of kettlebells, and what you're using is the size of my 40 kg bell.

  • get a shirt on

  • Sehr schön! :) Ich hechte mich noch mit meinen 12KGs ab... nächsten Monat hole ich mir mal 2 neue!
