Suck my close friend really wanted to see this movie to bad he's gone I cry when I hear about this movie gonna have to watch it in his place :( RIP Jordan
I think Batman will be scared of Bane in this film, for once he is the one who is going to get is ass beaten. Normally people are scared of him, now it`s going to be the other way round. That`s going to be the test in this film, can Batman overcome the mental and physical challenge which is in Bane.
@cyborgninja100 I wouldnt say scared. In the comics Bane let all the thugs in jail out, and it took a tool on Batman getting them all back in. At this point him and Bane engage in a brutal fight. Keep in mind while even at this point Batman is getting the upper hand Bane with his mask is able to recover and never loses energy in the fight. Bane breaks Batman back and takes him some time to get back in shape. By the time he fights bane he kicks his ass by ripping the mask off.
umm i thought bane was suposed to be big with mucles all around him and a mask covering his whole face and not just his mouth, can someone please explain
@xTheDarkWolfy Tom Hardy is pretty big in muscle for this movie. But Nolan likes to take a realistic approach to his films. Nolan didn't want someone who was 800 pounds of pure muscle walking around. As for the mask, it has for someone to connect with a character in a film if their entire face is covered, plus the new mask looks way sick.
@MrKyleBJJ Tom Hardy resembles Bane in "Knightfall"-story arc, so Nolan is actually being quite faithful to the comics. I don't know when DC started to portray Bane as some kind of Hulk-like monstrosity, but seemingly lot of people think that it is "the only right" incarnation of Bane.
@xTheDarkWolfy Some incarnations do that. Originally, however he was quite realistic. Knightfall-story arc actually shows him to be somewhat bigger than batman, but nothing over the top. Later stories featured him to have massive body like Killer Croc.
Please check out my short film and i hope it inspires you to some degree in realising a life long ambition. To see my short film, type in the youtube search box: Rebellion (Short Film) By Shuhel Ahmed
I like the fact that Bane seems intelligent in the way he talks and has everything planned out. I’m glad Nolan didn’t make him into a big doofus. It would be awesome if he could match or top Heath Ledger`s performance as the Joker.
I love how, in a way, what is being said in the dialogue in the prologue also applies to the fans. "Calm down, doctor. Now is not the time for fear. That comes later," Bane says as his last lines. That could also speak to the fans: "Calm down, fanboys. Now is not the time for the full movie. That comes later." LOL!
@peteagassi look man i'm gonna try to type as soberly as possible alrite, that was possibly some of the stupidest shit i've ever seen anyone type up on here. no offense man but it sounds like you're like 48.5 years old just discovered the internet and don't quite know how to communicate like you don't have autism. just lettin ya know, k, pce out bro good talkin to ya
@DeadmanInc336 Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me.

@dakilla396 I think you might have something wrong with your brain. Why are you trying to be all cyberbully on me. Do you really think anyone cares about you. You talk to people like they are trash. Why would you want to come off like that. Does it make you feel tough? Are you trying to make up for having a small smelly dick? You need to see a shrink. Have fun going through life wondering why people don't like you.
@dakilla396 Allow me to play doubles advocate here for a moment. For all intensive purposes I think you are wrong. In an age where false morals are a diamond dozen, true virtues are a blessing in the skies. We often put our false morality on a petal stool like a bunch of pre-Madonnas, but you all seem to be taking something very valuable for granite. So I ask of you to mustard up all the strength you can because it is a doggy dog world out there.
when ever someone I see is stressed or worried, I say to them Bane's soon to be epic line: "Calm down (person) now's not the time for fear...that comes later."
lolz i hope this movie goes well, sadly i also hope it's terrible and that mattel doesn't cancel batman legacy for this, i mean i respect nolan's idea, but the second movie plain out right SUCKED, hope they do bane justice, his costume is very badass though love the mask, hope he gets pumped up on venom and breaks batman's back, that would be friggin epic
I don't know about you guys but I like Banes Voice. unlike batman Growling like an older version of Clint Eastwood, Banes voice suits him well. he's supposed to be incredibly smart and he sounds both Intelligent and at the same time evil. Especially after he utters his famous line in the trailer "when Gotham is Ahes you have my permission to die".
@raiderfan89ify I still don't understand why Bale begun just growling in TDK. In Batman begins managed to alter his voice without sounding somebody who'd been living under the bridge few years with johnie walker.
@raiderfan89ify Indeed, Tom Hardy (Bane) to play next James Bond Villain. I want to see a real hard ass actor that can talk it and walk it, kick fucking Daniel 007 Craig's arse, and I think Tom Hardy is perfect for the role. Especially after everything you just explained.
@raiderfan89ify I disagree. Clint Eastwood would have been an excellent voice for Bane, Tom Hardy wouldn't have to say any lines, although he looks the part for sure. Btw "when Gotham is Ahes you have my permission to die". I'm more inclined to, "when I've finished shafting you Mr. Wayne, you have my permission to die ."
Dear Chris Nolan, We know this movie will kick ass and we trust you...but Bane's...*ahem* "voice"....has us worried. No big deal, just ya know...think about it. xoxo The Fans
After watching the prologue and drooling for ten minutes I am officially a Bane fan. I like that fact that he has everything planned out and works fast to initiate it, it is obvious he has something terrible planned out for Gotham. Plus he is very intimidating with his physique and the mask on his face.
the only thing i can make out at the start is, no brother theyr expecting one of us in the reckage, then its just rara bababarbarbaab arbab barbabr babr bar
theres all this shit about not being able to understand Banes voice. To be honest, i actually had a harder time understanding the other blokes voice in the scene that Banes. :L
I'm glad you do because the movie ticket prices including IMAX are higher and batman should and by should i mean MUST make $560,828,800 in the U.S.A during it's run and $1,008,000,000 in other coutries for that total because something tells me that this will be even better than The Dark Knight.
FYI, if you do a simple google search for "dark knight rises prologue" - you'll find a link on the first page....I kid you not - it's actually quite easy to find the prologue online; it's just that they strangely aren't on youtube.
I really love this soundtrack it sounds so epic, it suits Bane perfectly the way he is rushing in this scene to finish the plan. I can’t wait to see this moment in the cinema it’s going to be frightening. I wonder if Nolan will alter his voice? I personally don’t mind because I can understand what he is saying.
@SpongeBobDrunkPants7 No you listen man, I have read all the books on how to be a "nerd" for the past couple of days, so don't you tell me I'm not a true nerd!!! =P
I know a lot of people are hating on the difficulty in understanding bane but I think it plays into the realism Christopher Nolan is portraying. It makes the character seem more real since if anybody had a mask like that it would be difficult to make out what their saying.
@KINGJADEX iagree with you 100%, i loved the prologue, and am super excited to see the movie. but i walked out of the theater after it was over, and got my money back because i didn't care to see mission impossible/ didn't want to pay almost 20 bucks to see it.
@CarllovesBatman Oh sorry i should explain my self i only went to see mission impossible 3 for the prologue then after it was done i left, but it was awesome i loved it and am super stocked for the movie to come out.
@SkilledKratos oh it wasn't free i had to pay almost 20 bucks to see the movie (Mission Impossible) that i could have seen for free (I work at a movie theater).
@ChopSooyLee It was a pretty good movie but i saw it for free at the movie theater i work at, a much better alternative to paying almost 20 bucks to watch it. and in a way i also got to see the prologue for free, well i guess for like 5 bucks with bus fare
@MercenaryOfOZ Cause i work at a movie theater and can see mission impossible for free but i wanted to see the prologue, which i loved, and didn't want to pay 16 dollars to do so.
@AzraelX561 in this but in imax its harder to understand with all the surrounding sound but yeah i could understand it all except the part where he say "or perhaps hes wondering why you'd shoot a man before throwing him out of the plane" and the part where he said Theyre expecting one of us in the wreckage
@CBright7831 I'm sure Scarecrow will have another small part in this movie but not as a main character. I'm guessing about 2 minutes of screen time. No more than that though. lol
I don't see how Hardy fucked up the enunciation. It's English.
As for me, I'm chanting 'Deshi, Basara' everywhere I go. I'm still waiting for the day when I'm joined in unison by random strangers, and scare a group of unaware people in a public setting.
@TheCrystalShip77 Youre not alone! I've been hooked on this phrase and I say it at the most irrelevant times! My manager asked me why I havent submitted the workload yet, to which I simply looked at him and responded "The Fire Rises!". He looked at me as though a giraffe took a shit on my head, but I didnt care.
He was more understandable this time round :D

daspoon456 1 month ago
@daspoon456 Yeah like you expect to have a real HD 1080p video and sound from something recorded in the cinema
Valdireneangela 1 month ago
@Valdireneangela i saw it in person and had the same problem, and i wasnt the only one.
daspoon456 1 month ago
@daspoon456 Maybe clean out your ears??? I hear it perfectly, and this is recorded from the cinema. I don't see what the problem is.
IHateRexRedBird 4 weeks ago
@IHateRexRedBird um maybe its his voice???? just because i cant hear it as well as you doesnt mean this needs to be an arguement.

I like how people of the internet are jumping on the bandwagon on Bane's voice.
TheEinstienian 1 month ago
Yeah, you're full of crap. Theaters won't handing out refunds after the prologue started.
AzraelX561 1 month ago
As soon as that prologue ended i walked out the door and got my money back

@Jonkarr21 WTF you talkin' bout!? It was awesome!
KINGJADEX 3 weeks ago
@KINGJADEX iagree with you 100%, i loved the prologue, and am super excited to see the movie. but i walked out of the theater after it was over, and got my money back because i didn't care to see mission impossible/ didn't want to pay almost 20 bucks to see it.
Jonkarr21 3 weeks ago
@Jonkarr21 You liked or didn't like it?
CarllovesBatman 3 weeks ago
@CarllovesBatman Oh sorry i should explain my self i only went to see mission impossible 3 for the prologue then after it was done i left, but it was awesome i loved it and am super stocked for the movie to come out.
Jonkarr21 3 weeks ago
@Jonkarr21 how did you get your money back if the showing was free
SkilledKratos 3 weeks ago
@SkilledKratos oh it wasn't free i had to pay almost 20 bucks to see the movie (Mission Impossible) that i could have seen for free (I work at a movie theater).
Jonkarr21 3 weeks ago
@Jonkarr21 That sucks.. Mission Impossible 4 was pretty awesome.
ChopSooyLee 3 weeks ago
@ChopSooyLee It was a pretty good movie but i saw it for free at the movie theater i work at, a much better alternative to paying almost 20 bucks to watch it. and in a way i also got to see the prologue for free, well i guess for like 5 bucks with bus fare
Jonkarr21 3 weeks ago
@Jonkarr21 why?
MercenaryOfOZ 3 weeks ago
@MercenaryOfOZ Cause i work at a movie theater and can see mission impossible for free but i wanted to see the prologue, which i loved, and didn't want to pay 16 dollars to do so.

Yep, if you cant understand him then get your hearing checked out or too bad. His lines were crystal clear to me.
AzraelX561 1 month ago
@AzraelX561 in this but in imax its harder to understand with all the surrounding sound but yeah i could understand it all except the part where he say "or perhaps hes wondering why you'd shoot a man before throwing him out of the plane" and the part where he said Theyre expecting one of us in the wreckage
TheDrYes 1 month ago
@TheDrYes the part at the beginning where bane first talks with the hood over his face, that was pretty hard to hear too.
Jonkarr21 3 weeks ago
unless they have subtitles i aint gonna be able to understand wtf hes saying...ill manage to get the odd word but thats about it...

Bane :"They expect one of us in the wreckage brother."
Henchmen "OK. Then how about we leave one of the suicidal henchmen on the plane."
Bane: "The fire rises."
Henchmen: "Wait, where are you going?"
Bane: "Calm down Dr. Now's not the time for fear. That comes later." (Drops the plane)
Henchmen: "WHAT THE FUCK!!!... YOU ASS!!!"
ChickenBackflip180 1 month ago
@ChickenBackflip180 -
Bane: No, bro! You gotta stay on this plane and die.
Henchmen: Hmmmm. Alright!
Bane: Ada boy! Take one for the team! The fire rises! This quote is the equivalent to "Why So Serious?" from the last movie.
*lifts himself up*
Henchmen: :)
Bane: Calm down, doctor! I will now make a reference to fear which make many Batman fans speculate on if it's a reference to Scarecrow or not. *ping*
CBright7831 1 month ago
@CBright7831 I'm sure Scarecrow will have another small part in this movie but not as a main character. I'm guessing about 2 minutes of screen time. No more than that though. lol

I don't see how Hardy fucked up the enunciation. It's English.
As for me, I'm chanting 'Deshi, Basara' everywhere I go. I'm still waiting for the day when I'm joined in unison by random strangers, and scare a group of unaware people in a public setting.
AzraelX561 1 month ago
Tom Hardys enunciation is.. bad. Atleast in this part. "The Fire Rises" sounded so stupid.
Curseco 1 month ago
@Curseco he has a goddamn mask on his face for god sake
nfsmohpsp 1 month ago
@Curseco You do know Nolan is using "A Tale of Two Cities" as an ideal for TDKR. So putting in the line "The Fire Rises" is giving homage to it.
TheEinstienian 1 month ago
I've just been randomly saying "The Fire Rises" out of nowhere lately LoL
TheCrystalShip77 1 month ago
@TheCrystalShip77 Youre not alone! I've been hooked on this phrase and I say it at the most irrelevant times! My manager asked me why I havent submitted the workload yet, to which I simply looked at him and responded "The Fire Rises!". He looked at me as though a giraffe took a shit on my head, but I didnt care.
