I hope this is not a military project first. trying to beam down energy from space for military purposes is a true waste of ingenuity. Likely this would be used to jam large sectors of communication rather than use as a direct weapon first. The problem is finding adequate room to place the receivers and the cost of putting enough of these into space to be productive.

Looking closer into it we see how they do their outmost to destroy the reputation of neuclear energi. Looking into clip I personly get a feeling that americans have hit their neuclear reactor by missiles. In the NWO description of the world all of this make sence. They want to monopolies the energi source.
Your view of the world competes almost with the view that people believing in the new world order have but I personly believe in their view of the world. I don´t believe that americans are in iraq to free that nation or create democracy. NWO description gives a very accurete explanation about what americans do in Iraq, and why they are so eager to free the people of Libya the way they do now. It is about the controll and monopolisation of the oil as the only energi resource.

Americans has worked against the neuclear energi because they want to monopolise the energi sources by dominating the oil. The other energisources beside oil and neuclear energi is not viable according to Engdahl. But this seems to be a solution even if it seems to cost a lot of money.
@CaspianReport I suggest looking up thorium for a source for nuclear reactors. Now, I could name all different ideas for thorium but in order to get facts you need to research it yourself.

Anyway it does seem very expensive and something that will take years to materialize. Sooner or later however we will run out of oil and gas, and we all know that 'necessity is the mother of invention'. I think that once there aren't any options left, something will be done.
good idea, buts sounds very expensive; probably not for the immediate future but definately as you said something that could evolve in the coming decades. I still think that the world should not give up on nucleur power, yes I think we have learnt that it is probably not best to build them on earthquake prone regions such as Japan and Chile but they've done alright in Europe and America, I just think that for the time being we need nucleur power b4 we can rely soely on renewable energy
