  • too bad they made the warp prism's force field smaller ;(

  • protoss= hunters from AVP, chuck norris, covenant, and roflpwn

  • that amount of reapers would probably slaughter those cannons in today's game.

  • i tried downloading that demo but it wont let me cuzz i get a caution window saying it will crash my computer

  • i heard in campaign your going to have the option to buy and appoint a hero to lead your army on all the levels. It sounds cool since your only allowed one hero per mission im glad its not like StarCraft Brood War where you only had the privilege of commanding a hero on certain levels.

  • rainor has the same voice actor. kerrigan and zeratule have different voice actors only because the originals died.

  • Why would they get rid of the Corsair!!! The Phoenix looks ok , but it's funtions have very little on the Corsairs abilities. Plus the Corsair was "the official" Dark Templar ship , so it would make sense if they remained. The rest of the protoss force is actually what it should have been on a first place , it's really awesome , but why are the Corsairs gone!!!!????? Damn!

  • a better addition to this game wouldve been minis faction with specific units so the UED, Dominion and Raynor would have some unique stuff fot terrans

  • Blizzard will probably do that in the campaign but not in the multiplayer

  • he said nothing u see here today is final so they could still have the corsair and add new abilities to it so you never know they could bring it back. Most units from the original starcraft return in the sequel.

  • @sly741x corsair isnt in the sc 2 beta still phinex and it doesent have overlord any more :(

  • @MrGilles1990 Awesome! I don't know where you got this from , but I'm very glad to hear this. I haven't been playing SC2 as much as I thought I would be (my comp is a bit outdated), so I'm not sure what I think of the Phoenix yet. Thank you for the good news. :)

  • @shmuckling corsairs r gone because stalkers... stalkers are the new thing, dark templars upgraded dragoons 2 immortals.... then they totally changed the dragoon 2 a stalker.... and dark templars are the ones who control the stalkers...

  • you know whats a good thing which they have upgraded in SC2, is that you can select more units then just 12 :D

  • Change is good, but to some people, changing characters in games can be very upsetting. For example: If Mario was replaced by some other random Italian in Super Mario Bros., I'm sure that the Internet will be flooded with compaints.

  • I dont like the protoss color... everybody are blue! it isn't exists another color? c'mon, this is bad for my eyes xD

  • zzzzzzzzzzz....what is the point of cliffs now.....

  • its not that they've lost theyr meaning only cuz 2units can jump over them, its just that they've lost theyr meaning to those 2 units XD

  • Also now units can shoot down off cliffs but not up at cliffs, unless there is a detector present, so this gives a large advantage to defense unless those two units are present. Their theory behind this was that you can not shoot what you can not see.

  • any1 knows if units are trained faster in SC 2. it's a little boring to wait half minute for terran marine when in other RTS u have 15 troops in the same time.

    P.S. i see an eastern egg on 3:20 lololololol

  • They should add some more combat animations to the Zealots,they just do the same slash 1,slash 2,as the original game.They should charge and flip,coming down with two blades,then do some Illidan style slash combos,all occurring in random order.

    Agreed,the charge is a brilliant idea for Zealots as is the hardened shield of the Immortals. I wonder if that shield works on Ultralisks,so far I've seen nothing in the Protoss arsenal that can take them.Colossus might with Zealot assistance,but other than that,you'll need an air approach. Also can the Immortals still perform the role of Dragoons as well??

  • they were meant to rplace the dragoons, the only diff is the hardened shield and a lil less def to smaller attacks

  • that new warping ability would be extremely useful for assaulting a highly defended base
