Kind of. There are the special OVAs called Saiyuki Reload Gunlock. Most of the clips you don't recognize are probably from that. I highly suggest checking it out.

The "sheep to the shepherd boy" was fantastic for Goku and Sanzo.
The "Brighter birth" bit worked so impeccably with Hakkai and Ukoku!
On the whole, the amv was just amazing, and my favorite of your videos!
