This is good to start but remember there is never a stop! Every-time you think it is a stop. you must visualize a wave reaching the shore. As the water climbs forward on the beach it reaches a turn-around point where it then goes back and you never can see that moment. Must always be slow - very slow. Your breathing is totally relaxed with practise.
i think he skipped a posture. he went from brush knee step forward to single whip. what happened to playing the lute, repulse monkey and grasp the sparrows tail?
