Just FYI that the Compass doesnt work in a moving car. It does, but only rarely. Most of the time, it get "interference" even thought it is far away frm any metal, etc.

its share gps sensor i think. FYI gps inaccurate reading occur when you place them under the roof. that why we need to stick gps on windscreen

It is very strange and interesting when you spun the iphone 3G S's compass and then there was a compass interference.

Also the other cool thing was when you lost 'Nick's' iphone and found it by using find my iphone !

The Compass cn be explained because of the magnetrometer and the compass user inteface coded in c+ I think. The find my iPhone feature was also explained by using the built in GPS and cell tower technology to locate the iPhone, you gotta stay up do date muslim brother
