Finally a good cleaner. I swear 9/10 cleaners are absolute garbage!! I have beem a tech now for six months, i learnt from my dad and he has been doing it for over twenty years. we clean every job like this!!

is there a posibility that your running that too hot, your running the risk of melting the tips of the carpet, since 90% of carpet is synthetic.

Even at 250, the water never remains on the fibres long enough to reach melting point. Esp if that was a greenhorn wand, with the way they are designed to flush.

Your guys must have had fun wiping their shoes on that carpet to get it that black!
