I commented on this a year ago. I just found it by searching for mindfulness meditation on youtube search. I can tell you that working with Stephanie as well as using Shinzen's many cds and even downloadable material has helped me not just make it through the most difficult time in my life but is helping change me profoundly.

This is a great video to watch to understand Shinzen's clarity in teaching mindfulness. I have studied mindfulness and used it for a long time and I never was this clear about it.

Participating in the teleconference retreats, I am sure, have had a lot to do it with in addition to Shinzen's clarity.
