I know that lots of people will watch any sexy girl on a podium but for those of us who appreciate dance then you are the one to watch! You were the first podium dancer to post anything worth watching on you tube and three years down the line you are still the best. You dance with rhythm, attitude and without trying you exude sex appeal. My advice to others is to watch the best first. Keep it up ... you rock!

Any advice on where to train/get experience for podium dancing?i'm trying out for a niteclub and inm in ireland so there isnt much training here for that over here!I have 2 years exp in hip hop classes but no formal training. any advice really appreciated.

LOL ... thanks. One pair stretchy white fold down knickers! One pair denim shorts chopped with the scissors! One swimming costume! One cheap visor! Fluffy boots ebay or make them yourself with a fluffy material and a bit of black lycra to hold them up! Gloves with fingers cut out! Black elasitc arm and wrist bands! So don't spend a fortune ... mess with what you have! Stacey x

Hi ... Thanks, it does look a bit like I'm about to dive in when upside down! LOL. We do get breaks so its not to tricky to pace ourselves.

Thanks for your comment. I started dancing at the age of 13 yrs old. No classical training but trained in Disco, Rock N Roll, Street and Slow Dance.

Hi ... just follow details offered above. Get an agency, attend auditions ... the new moves will come with practice once your confident you've developed your own style. Just go for it!

Ok I'm calm. We dont get loads of money most dancers have passion and can earn a decent living. Networking pays off. Most dancers have some training not neccessarily classical. Attend agency auditions (especially if your a youngster). Once you get work you will develop your own style & skill. Try 'entsweb' 'the stage' and 'ukscreen' or just search the net. Hope this helps. im a podium dancer too, and dont get me wrong she can work the podium but she looks bored, just seems like dance and trance would suite her style more. nice bar work tho! keep it up
