Something like this isn't really difficult, it just takes a lot of tweaking (and a faster computer than I own--Vegas hated to preview this file).

Sorry, but I probably won't be doing Altered Beast--I appreciate that it was an early game and good for it's time, but I was never too crazy about it.

I honestly didn't care for it. But since I back every thing you do I will tell you why I don't care for it. It uses clips from commercials which could give you trouble from copyright holders down the road. And the game footage looked a little too clear. Booooo emulators. The music was more the type of music I would expect to hear at the end of a show not the beginning. And the whole "The End" screen also makes me think this clip is something that should go at the end of the show.

But other then that I liked the PIP clips. The black background seemed a bit boring. The black once again makes me think that this clip should be at the end of the videos. Maybe its because my mind thinks of black being used for end credits. It also worries me knowing that you will be doing this instead of working on Game Den episodes. Those take you long enough to edit as is. But I know you will make this all work somehow. You better dammit lol.

Well there are many ways to play rom hacks on real consoles. And I do like emulators for various reasons. But not for video game review purposes. Emulation is not always perfect. If you want to demonstrate a game in a video the best way to go about it is to use the real game with real hardware. For the people that buy the games and figure out how to properly capture them it is a big kick in the nuts knowing there are people that just use screen capture software to get their game footage

I do not respect the fact that you are trolling the comments on this page man. I am glad you are working with Cyborcat and I am sure you want to know what people are saying. And as you may know I am a long time subscriber of your youtube page. I watched carefully enough. Reviewing rom hacks is old hat. Have you ever heard of a Cuddle Cart? There are plenty of things like that on the market. Anyhow, I am not going to debate you. I just don't like emulator footage in well made videos.

I actually really like the subtle mysterious music. Not every intro needs to be flashy and loud. Don't change a thing (expect maybe add a scene from Snatcher LOL) Great job keep it up ^-^

Nice intro. The Den intros are a bit more well made, but I like the music and the design. Cool with all those obscure games floating by. Did I see the canceled RE for the GBcolor?

Well, I was going for a different feel with this opening than I generally do with The Game Den. Rather than doing any fancy effects, I mostly wanted the clips to speak for themselves. It was a challenge getting them to sync with the music, tho.

And I *THINK* that RE game was for GB color. It was one of the clips that Dany found, so hopefully he'll stop by and verify it at some point.
