i hav broken my 2nd string and the ball which is at the end of the string has stuck inside means only a small part og string is outside the bridge.Can some one help me take out the string.I use a yamaha eg112c electric guitar......

I just bought a guitar and tuned the string far to high and it broke on me. I felt pretty paniced after that and saw a few videos that made no sense. This one made it so incredibly easy to change the strings.
