  • @marinku

And thats why european cars are more expensive...

  • @iLovetoDoCocaine If you can't tend to your own planet, perhaps you don't deserve your stupid personal freedom, since you clearly aren't using it to benefit anyone but yourself. Grow up.

  • I write a lot of fiction and while my friend was proofing the first chapter ofmy latest story, a post-apocalyptic sci-fi, he inquired "Why do they all have power? I thought the world ended." I patted him on the head and told him, obviously they are using the hundreds of thousands of hydro-batteries GM had stacked up in their warehouses for a "rainy day". Last for a thousand years. :]

  • @iLovetoDoCocaine I said it wasn't a smart idea to sell, not they shouldn't be allowed to sell anything.

    Try laying off the charlie.

  • @iLovetoDoCocaine nah... nothing so drastic as that, just wait till the Yanks have to pay the same as us Brits for gas then they'll think it's WW3 and shit will happen : )

  • lets go nuclear!!!..one mini nuclear reactor cell could propel a car for a century....yeah..safety precautions could be used to avoid meltdowns..nuclear subs have been running around for years now.....otherwise..fk it..let's all ride horses..can you imagine an interstate full of people riding horses??...:))))))))..wow, that would be the shiit...

  • @lanagual livestock uses tons of energy... horses might be worse than cars -lol

  • You must be fully aware that The Worshipful Company of Fuellers do not want any other form of energy other than oil being dominate over the serfs. Oil is to enslave the World for the next two hundred years and will be used to control people through false peak oil hoaxes etc. The U.S. is to become the largest oil producing nation on Earth did you honestly think the Fuellers would allow alternatives to threaten oil their greatest enslavement system of all?Ask Japan what happens when you threaten

  • Boycott GM

  • I have my qualms about America, but for the most part I'm proud(ish) to be an American. But one of the things I really HATE about America is the car culture - including the gas guzzling, the obsession with Hulk-like cars, etc. Europe and Asia have it right. It really is a fact that American cars SUCK in comparison to European cars: the fuel economy for your average American car is between 10 - 30 mpg. The fuel economy for European cars range from 30 - 80 mpg. Seriously - what the hell?

  • selling a controlling interest to the oil companies was not a smart idea in the first place...

  • The tin foil conspiracy club seems to love the fall of the EV1. It gives their panties a reason to ride up.

  • Ok, you go ahead and try to buy some batteries from Cobasys.

  • future of transport = BICYCLE + TRAIN

forget the car, it's a luxury of the oil age

humans survived for 1000's of years without cars.

    also there's tele-working & tele-presence.

  • And this shit here is why GM should have NEVER been saved.

God, I hate this company. Never again will I buy an American car. Ever. They're shitty ass products, and the Europeans and Asians are leagues ahead anyway. As always.

  • Yes I know Toyota is made in Japan!!! But they do have several assembly plants in the US ware they build their cars. Not trying to be an ass but I hate GM. they have made shit box cars for the last 17 years playing off the American way and keeping the American money ware it belongs bullshit. They have been making everything cheap and shity for so long because they no they can, and the true American will still buy it cause the buyer wants to be loyal to their country.

  • ya ya ya geography, i know lol. typing to fast and not paying attention

  • masterlee fuck toyata Gm is runnig there company very well fuck shitti cinese cars ever time i have a road trip with my toyata it aways fucking gets a problem

  • yo man, you do know Toyota is made in Japan do you? economically it's gm's right to go for the most profit but sometimes maybe we should think about the environment first...

  • Wow I think some one needs to go back to english class and geometry. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think japan is still an island nation that that is not connected to China. What even funnyer is that most Toyotas are made in the states and probly half if not more GMs are not, and NO Mexico and Canada are NOT part of the states.

  • Geography. Not Geometry. Geography.

  • GM was having an affair with the oil company but they split up now and the Oil guy got all the MOney[profits]

GM is on the losing end of this affair[lost profits, sales, battery patent, etc]

now i've heard GM is "trying" to have an affair again with a Battery Guy this time someone from Asia

    ha ha ha

  • hold-up..oil guy did buy the CEOs of GM but its a lie, actully everyhting a said is a lie

  • Don't worry, this is not the only invention that would have made our lives much better already decades ago. Stan just fell to the standard trap of the industrial bullies: "Buy it and shelf it."

  • FUCK YOU GM. GM killed the EV1 Electric Car, to do the Hummer H2, trucks, and SUV. I hope, I dream and pray to GOD each day that Toyota would take over GM Becouse they are so fucken stupid.

  • Toyota those a better job of running a car company then GM.

  • masterlee123 was right tho lawnmowerdude...if gm were making the ev1 all these years GM would be rolling in money instead of crying poverty.

  • @locutus213 Yeah you are absolutely right. I can't even remember why I wrote that. GM fucked up big time on that one.

  • all the world got to know the tesla roadster electric cars a new cars very nice and work good

work a long time on batery 200miles 0-60mhp 4sec if i was rich it the first i pay for myself too a nice cars

  • don't worry GM will drive itself to the ground u don't need toyota to kill them off

  • @masterlee123 Toyota? At least GM's brakes work.

  • @masterlee123 Looking-at the-kids, be-they YOURS or total-strangers, exposing-them to air-pollution & primitive-technology is 'unforgivable' at-best.

  • Buying a new all electric car that lasts 20 years and gets 150 miles per charge has a bigger carbon footprint than converting an old clunker into a battery powered car

A Nuclear powered electric grid recharging converte dclunker plug in hybrids would solve 90% of our energy needs, Nuclear power like in France

Earth First! (We'll mine the other planets later)

  • Chevron should be sued, we need to let the world know what a bunch of low lifes Chevron really are.

  • Electric Car at Lionev website. Cost about $30-40K. Max tested range 456 miles.

  • Face it, we are CONTROLLED by the monopolies and ENERGY CARTELS. Or, are we? We have free will! What will YOU do this weekend? Build an all electric car with brushless-motors, lithium-manganese batteries, and a "Godzilla" high-Amp speed-controller, or are we going to complain about smog and backbreaking fuel-prices? We have power, not the oil and utility companies! They will answer to we, the people.

  • Oil companies crushing technology should be illegal.

It is one thing for them to get rich, but quite another to kill the environment while staying rich by monopoly.

  • Well those new lithium batteries, with nano technology.

It is possible to charge it with ALOT amps... so it would take only a few minuts to charge that car. AND they have a life cycle of 17000 and i heard they even got more cycles at this moment. That means they outrun the cars life!!!.

    Get me one..

  • When you put things in proper context, though - this is nada.

Think about the 3500 GIs, all the allied troops, and a hundred times the Iraqi civilian and military deaths and wounded, their entire economy in the toilet, and the phucker (and John Cain) is now gunning for Iran.

3000+ MURDERED in NYC and PA & hundreds more dying from inhaling crap all that week, 3500 of our guys butchered, ten times that many wounded

    $#!T.

  • Tragic, but off topic.

  • and your quoting the fradulent bogus Roberts Lancet study numbers,("600,000 Iraqis killed since US Invasion") research your lame comments before making such statements

  • the whole "average" mileage point is USELESS, this is kind of like saying my average daily bike hauling percentage is 1/7th of a bike if i haul my bike somewhere one day out of the week. i still can't haul the damn thing at ALL with an electric car. GM not wanting him to talk about his batteries is understandable... the last bit about texaco buying up the stock is very interesting though
