The Libertines had so much unfulfilled potential. You can see that in this song. Oasis bled themselves dry over 20 years. Oasis are better than the Libertines, but maybe that's because Oasis released much more material? Surely it's unfair to compare 2 albums to something like 7 by Oasis.

@quinn3477 I'm an Oasis nut too, but The Libertines first (and only) two albums were on par with the first two Oasis albums, definatly better than standing on the shoulders and heathen chemistry though. Oasis got their shit together again on dont believe the truth and dig out your soul. And personally although criticised i think be here now should be up there with Definatly maybe and whats the story! The Libs could have been as big as Oasis though had they held it together.
