No. The only way to know would be to ask the crakkka's who came why they came. I can't think of a reason why they would want to be there. If you mean why were they allowed, the meeting was held at a school. Schools are "public" facilities. We didn't want any possible legal issues that might come from keeping them from attending an event at a public facility such as a school.
