Protest ended with several arrests. Apparently, many people of Montana don't support their view. This is very sad. Montana may be the next Gulf of Mexico. People have got to wake up & stop thinking someone else is going to save us. We must unite & save oursleves. Our government can't even save it's self. We have been robbed, lied to, imprisoned & told to shut up & like it. We must get of our butts & take back our world.
@001php no doubt about it, but so is putting all these wind farms all over the place, if some geovernment guy told you "im putting a wind generator in your back yard" how would you feel, i was told more carbon is more life, the guy at my uni said put the lid on a pan fill it with water and try to get it to boil with a hair dryer, the rising temp is due to the earths crust i think, but non the less these big corporations get away with way to much.
@001php agreed... fighting to save us from global warming is supporting the system that is enslaving us... AL GORE PEOPLE AL GOOOOORE.
BUT... These are all evil polluting companies and that is a separate issue from global warming, and these companies MUST BE STOPPED. So on that I support you, your position that it is to save us from global warming, is a farce.
@rockcherry2 In Canada there are basically huge areas where oil is mixed in with the dirt, to reach this oil the land must be dug up and the oil sifted from the dirt. The oil is taken and the remaining sand is dumped. This causes extreme damage to the Canadian wilds. I think this damage is pretty much irreparable in the short term. But regardless huge tracks of land are displaced and the local wildlife suffers so I think this action is terribly selfish and dangerous.
@rockcherry2 Apologies xxxSerialxxx might be right. I thought what I described was known as fracking but that might be something different. Still part of the same issue though.

global warming.. another big scam by governments anything they can tax haha.
MrLukedanger 7 months ago
@MrLukedanger In the 70's, it was 'global cooling'. I asked my grandmother.
A few years ago it was global warming.
Today they've decided to call it 'global climate change'.
It's not a danger to us, but I do think if we tend to go back and forth between cooling and warming, it must be some sort of natural pattern.
But the point is, destroying lands for 'oil' is just bad news.
