I have seen this animation before at BlenderNation I guess. I commented about it at that time. Today again I have to say this is a beautiful production, excelent animation, modeling, rendering and audio. Love the song at the end. Great Man this is a top notch work. Hope to see more work from you.

Yup, everything done in blender, only the video editing was done in premiere, but I do that now in blender as well.

@Gganstar it is not dificult,but projects like this one should not be your goal.

I started working in blender maybe 2 months ago (working sometimes only when i have time since i am on the college).

the very FIRST tutorial i did in the program (from which i learnet a LOT of stuff of coarse),was the simple mesh modeling of a snowman and simple forest.A tutorial on the blender.org homepage.

Go there,then on EDUCATION AND HELP-TUTORIALS then find GETTING STARTED and click on SHOW ALL TUTORIALS

Hard to say. I rendered to several still image sequences, so I often interrupted the render process, and could then just resume from the last rendered frame...
