I personally love Audi over BMW the reason why is it is much better inside, nice and stable to drive not to mention that I use it every day summer or winter no problem it goes trough snow like knife trough butter and where I live we have a lot of snow!!!

Personally I cant say I dont love the Rs4 my boy has it and its great but if M cars or Amg cars have anything 2 say about it, da rs4 wont win!!! Personally I like the c63 amg but Love bmw just as much and audi is not as great as them...Still love it though!

I bought for myself an RS6 V10 and I must say that if it comes to my opinion this is the best car ever made!!

Oh and I wanted to say in my previous comment that when the new RS4 comes next year we'll see who is actually the winner, than both car will be actually the same generation! :)

The same for the new ucoming M5 - in 2011 new RS6 arrives so as for the entirely new A/S/RS7!

Dude do you know anything about BMW's? The BMW in this video is a CSL. It's quite obvious you have never owned an M3. Any true BMW M3 owner would know the difference between and E46 M3 and an E46 M3 CSL. Oh by the way TOP GEAR raced the E46M3 vs the B6S4. M3 was quicker in the straights. S4 quicker aroung the track. GT Board has video of the RS4 beating a M3 CSL. The RS4 can not compete with the E92 M3 but does beat the previously mentioned and there is proof.

@styleew1 unfortunately thats not a CSL, it was a normal E46 M3 fitted with the optional extra competition spec, hence CS - not a full blown CSL. amongst the goodies that came with the CS package were CSL style (unfortunately not full on CSL light, just replica's) along with fractionally shaper steering, suspension and M trak mode for the traction control. good car, just no CSL. what you have to remember here is that the M3 had been around for many years at this time and was soon replaced

The CSL pulled a fair advantage. but to be honest if you want to talk straight line speed in my experience against a friends RS4 there is absolutely nothing in it. i can only assume a healthy CSL first time or poorly RS4

and also, you need to know one thing...Audi needs a bigger engine with more horsepower to win, but if it's similar horsepower, BMW beat them for sure.

Just look at M3 E46 CSL with 350 hps..it can keep up with RS4 with 414 hps....but when Rs4 with 414 compares with M3 E92 414 hps, BMW m3 beats RS4 easily.

How is the RS4 superior? The older M3 is down about 100hp and is right behind an AWD car on a damp track.

The RS4 is a nice car, but isn't a purpose built car from the ground-up like the M3. Audi basically polished the shit out of the turd that is the A4, and ended up with a 414hp nose heavy car that relies on AWD and suspension tweaking to get a one second lead on a car that was designed more than half a decade ago.

Maybe you could call that superior. I call just think its sad.

calm down guy, that model m3 has been 333hp since 2001 , so dont stress yourself out raging about audi, the E92 M3 has 420hp, lets keep issues current and not rave about a race between car that has a 80hp power advantage, it just goes to show that bmw remains the benchmark, its simply funny to see a comparison between a 333hp bmw and 415hp audi, it seems the audi fanclub feels a sense of accomplishment, oh well bmw e92 m3 is out and display whats really good :)
