Hey Paul. I was at Caravan on Sunday the 17th visiting NY from Stuart, FL. Love that place! Favorite raw food recipe is... that is a tough one... Ok, one of my favorites is a raw "hummus" made with cashews (soaked - 2 cups), tahini (1/8 cup), lemon juice (1/4 cup), 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1/4 -1/2 tsp sea salt, and approx. 1/2 cup of water. Process in a food processor until smooth and chill. Sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on top. Also love the vanilla hemp seed milk from "Rawvolution."
