Looks so good! Are these fresh artichoke hearts? Canned? I've seen some artichoke dips that use silken tofu, but I really love the texture of cashews in spreads, dips and sauces. Thanks for the video. I'll go to the website for the recipe....

Canned artichoke hearts, in water -not marinated.
