@deviIstudios in my opinion, it made the game "unpure"...instead of shooting the gun like it was meant for, whenever i was put up against ppl my skill level, it was nothing but glitches....yea it does get u kills much easier, but it kinda ruins the game, therefore it was "unpure" cuz no one my skill level (including me eventually) used the guns like they were meant to....im sure u disagree, but u do see where im coming from, right?

@scottwill19 I guess, but it was a fluke that changed Halo forever. The skill it took to perform several glitches consistently and not sacrifice the ability to aim (Claw) is an art form in itself. I can't describe it anything less than fascinating. However, in order to appeal to the masses (Noobs), Bungie made Halo 3 and now, Reach.

@deviIstudios actually, if bungie left in hitscan for h3, then i would agree, it would be for noobs...but since they took away hitscan, it kinda made a balance that appealed to both competitive gamers like you and myself, and the casual gamers, like noobs, and young children...halo to a certain degree (but not to the same degree as reach) needs to be noob friendly, otherwise the halo community cant grow, and they did that with h3...also technology advancing contributed to it too

Best quad shotter I played with back in the H2 days was toxic euphoria. We used to practice against each other in custom games, and I was ok and all but he was incredibly consistent. Thats the key with double shotting obviously.Anyone can run around and pull them off while messing around.. but great players could pull them off consistently and under pressure in-game.

@itscowski It's not really a little glitch. Not sure if you played H2, but doubleshotting is an important part of competitive games. If you're not doubleshotting it's very hard to stand up to someone who is.

This method is pretty amazing. You quadshot lightning fast. You must have mowed kids down in H2.

@RRxBanDiT3 On Halo 3 I played Southpaw up until Reach came out, in which I chose to play Recon because it felt the closest to Halo 2/3 layouts. So I now play Southpaw on Halo 2, Default on Halo 3, and Recon on Halo: Reach. I also claw in every game I play.
