The adapter works pretty good and fairly universal, What I do to minimize backpack space is actually just mount the Digiscope adapter to the eyepiece of my spotting scope and keep the spotter in the side pouch of my pack (eyepiece up) and let it hang out towards the back, instead if trying to jamb it in my pack. Just a couple days ago, i was taking my 30 lb Iceland dog for a walk. We went into this field and a few feet off the trail was huge dead cow. It didnt look very old, but something had killed it i think cuz the hind leg was pretty much gone of all the meat on it, my dog whent over an i stood there for 15 mins just waiting 4 him to get done eating! i think he wieghd 10 lbs more when he was done!!! lol
