good video, but i used this until it was almost empty because i thought it was good at the time. i didnt realize the long term damage it was doing. I was trying to grow my hair out, and now it is down to my waist, but it is very brittle, breaks often, and has lots of split ends. I am cutting my hair shorter because it looks/ feels so bad.
