In Season 2, Episode 10 "Transmutate" @ about 13:15. It was when Rampage and Inferno decided to use Transmutate as bate to get Silverbolt to come to them. They made Transmute act like it was hurt on the ground. Silverbolt landed and got ambushed.
And originally the punches were because Optimus wanted Cheetor to go out and retrieve Blackarachnia . Silverbolt was acting in Cheetor's best interest because he did not want her to hurt Cheetor.
In order to communicate to the audience that the character is female, it helps to have feminine physical features.
Such controversial features such as "boobs" can also add to the interest of Beast Wars, because after the show went of air, it is possible people could be talking about the "boobs" later on on some sort of internet video area. Who knows, some one could talk about it.
Because Hasboro made the toy first, and intended for her to be a male. Later on Mainframe decided to make the character female when putting her into the show.
Beast Wars in Japan, had a male voice over for Airazor. Little did they know in the second season Airazor would be having a little bit of a relationship with Tigatron. So they changed the words to make it sound like he was a close mentor. But the hold the hands thing is hard to make straight words for.
