  • @NoGoodDeedWilliDo11 I think I used 200? Not too sure. Depends on how rough ur mask is. And awesom! Make as many as u can :) it died suck when u make one that had a few holes in it. That why when you place a strip on, u need to smooth it on with your fingers real good.

  • @93142 Thanks! I'm going to sand it down and paint it tomorrow.

  • Awesome job! I just made my first one about 20 minutes ago. What grade(s) of sandpaper did you use? I'm going to make another one because there are a lot of "holes" in this first version lol

  • Sorry for the delay guys, I've been every busy over the months. I will get into the vid on how I Keep the mask on my face this week I'm hoping! Thanks guys for u support. :)

  • how you make it stay at your face?

  • Making one of these in Art Class

  • Nice I love the music as well nice to know how to do phantoms mask

  • A little too rough and bumpy but better than I can make

  • Love never dies music lol nice.

  • So how do you pop the balloon to get the mask off?

  • Ok everyone. If you guys want me to make a vid on how I keep the mask on my face, let me know in the comments. AND, here's the deal. If we can get up to 5000 views in 2 weeks on all vids on how to make the mask, I'll make the video. Let's see it happen guys! :) Thanks again guys, ur all awesome.

  • @93142 please do the video man

  • That is awesome. I seriously want to use this for next Halloween

  • Great job! Is that paint pretty strong smelling? My husband has asthma and I dont want to give him an attack but I thought this would be a great Halloween costume for him.

  • great video! going to go as the phantom to a masquerade. thanks for the great video!

  • did your attempt with the double stick tape work? is there any other way to secure it besides using a hat or black elastic

  • Hey, nice video. Do you think this will stay in place with black elastic, like many other masks? Or is it too heavy? I'll try to do this, but I'll need some secure way of wearing it :V

  • @wantor i will be making another vid shortly on 2 ways that i know how to put the mask on. and it is heavy, but black elastic should work as well. i used some sring on hot glued it to the mask. Worked as well. Stay in touch :)

  • @littlephantom23 Between layers, let it dry for 3 minutes. Than when you are finally finished, let the whole thing dry to 24 hours. Than you can sand it, paint it, and add details to your liking. :)

  • Anyone who has made this, is it hard to sing through the mask once it's on? For example does the mask get stuck on your cheek and make it difficult to open your mouth?

  • @JaredBelaskoMusic I sing with the mask on and it isnt hard to do. LIke when i use my hat, the mask is not glued to my face. However, i bought some double sided tape and i'm going to see if that works. :P

  • @93142 I don't know if it works with the plaster or not, but you might also try a little spirit gum on the edges!

  • @JaredBelaskoMusic Spirit gum is more for latex or gelatin prosthetics( Soft prosthetics) This mask is too heavy and might not hold the weight. Doesn't hurt to try though. :) You could try using spirit gum on the edges and than use some liquid latex to go around the edge if the mask? LOL Iuno

  • @93142 I know they make a mask glue. I'm not sure where to get it, but you could try googling it.

  • @93142 I know they make a mask glue. I'm not sure where to get it, but you could try googling it.

  • How do you get it to stick to your face?

  • @superman171819 It doesn't stick to my face. What i did was use my hat to press it down on my face while wearing it. :P However, you can put string on it or use this special double sided tape that's used for masks and prosthetic.

  • @CraigTuckerCosplay Awe, ok well don't worry the second time will work out fine! :( to sand it. Make sure you go against the grain. In other words, were ever you see the strips( which you should too much since it should be smoothed out while applying), go with the strips, not against them, or it will become stringy and rough. Plus you might damage the mask. Now what I did it let the mask rest over night so I can be %100 dry, since I did about 4 layers of plaster wrap. Than after, it was fine to

  • OMG!! I fucking love you for playing Till I Hear You Sing!!!!!!!

    You're my new favorite person!!!!!!!!!!!

    Marry me!!!!!!!!

  • Alright! I just finished mine and painted it last night. I'm gonna make another one because I don't like the way it turned out. Mine came out kind of rough.. I tried to smooth it along the way.. but I guess it kind of failed.. How long did it take you making the entire mold on your face? Yours turned out amazing. I couldn't sand the mistakes since they were so noticeable. :/

  • @CraigTuckerCosplay Haah ok that'd awesome! Let me know how it turns out. ;) if u have any questions or concerns along the way, let ne know :)

  • I just went out and bought supplies, and I'm starting to make it right now!! Thank you so much!!!!!! :D

  • your cute :)

  • If I did this i would feel the need to make an almost vampyric brow... kinda like a buffy vampire lol

  • @CraigTuckerCosplay No it won't stay in your face, your going to have to use a wire or some string and attach it to the mask so it will stay on. Eaither that, or you can buy this tape that's used for masks to stay on your face. It doesn't harm your skin at all. :)

  • as for the mask staying on your face, will it stay on your face without anything or is there something you'll need to keep it there?

  • @michael9d3 Thanks! :) If you saw part one, i would explain that it Is made out of PLASTER WRAP CLOTH. :) you can get it at Micheals for $6 :)

  • AWESOME VID. But one question what is that white strip that you made the mask out of? I would love to make one myself

  • @TheTitanic4 Haha np. You should post it up so we can all see :)

  • @TheTitanic4 You should only sand the outside of the mask so get the smooth edges, as well as the creases where the eyes are as well. :)

  • @93142 Thanks, I made mine! looks great! thanks 4 ur help! :)

  • I am confused about the sanding part.... how do you do it?

  • OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! This looks awesome!! First
