I'm not a total marching band nerd but these kids were pretty good. Their color gaurd I think did an excellent job actually. They were together most of the time. Still though pretty good for elementary kids.

Plus they are easier to bet along with because they are raise practically degeneracy free, and will not likely be trying to gut you like a fish before they reach age twelve..

I was part of an exhibition tour with my fairly well-known college marching band fully expecting that we were going to be the ones doin the schooling. Little did I know how serious the Japanese take their marching! The performance quality of even the Jr. highs and elementary schools would make any decent high school marching band in the U.S. jealous. I was truly blown away and humbled by their hard work and dedication.

By the way, the elementary school bands were so freakin kawaii!!

As a japanese kid, we have our own freedom to choice what kind of club we join, what types of activities we want to involve with and..Our parents NEVER EVER force us! NEVER!! There's no big deal about forcing a kid .Instead ,they give us their moral support and caring like every parents do. In return we just work so hard to show them our appreciation.Actuallyin japan,we start studying musicfrom kindergarten(3 yrs old.we learn (pianica(small piano) ,small flute, drums,harmonica and music cords.
