  • nice ..i love it ...

  • This movie remained in cans. It was never released. This duet here is a bit slower than the original soundtrack. Talat had two duets with Lata and one solo in this film.

  • tala ji ki aawaz behad khubsoorat thi in jaisa koi paida hi na hoga. arti ghosh

  • @sofamp3 Bengal influence - no joke - his mentor Anil Biswas also deserves some

credit - and the fact there is no clone of Talat except one Dharm Vashist and Sudesh Bhosle ?

  • @bdgogia Hello. There is no cloniing of Talat's voice, period. Pakistan's Saleem Raza tried it back in 50's and 60's but was nothing close to Talat's. Not even his son, Khalid can imitate his voice. Regards.

  • @sofamp3 Hello. Talat was brought to Bombay from Calcutta by Dilip Kumar who met him there. Talat was already a well established playback singer in Calcutta but the opportunies for singers and actors were unlimited in Bombay. Talat worked with Naushad in Babul. Arzoo song "Aye Dil Mujhes Aesi Jagah Le Chal" composed by Anilda was released Babul songs. The word went out as "Anil gave Talat his first song". So, Talat who had immense love and respect for Anilda, stood by that.

  • Another wonderful romantic duet from Talat+Lata and Khaiyyam, who never failed musically. This song just grows on you the more you listen. Thanks.
