actually in windows 7 , you will need to enable it, and add a value of 0, then click apply, otherwise your registry will override it to the 20% value when you disable it!!!

thats what all the network experts will tell you to do,, don't be misinformed here

If you disable it, it will then use the default value of 20%. Goto 0:54 when there is nothing on the screen telling you what to do, you have to be really fast to click pause. After you have done that, under the world help you will see 4 paragraphs.  Read the forth one.
