@laur100 actually I think it's based on a different murder, that of a little boy, a toddler really. Two young lads lured him away & beat him to death & left his body. I remember reading about it & the sentence for the boys was controversial. And everyone wondered if they could be rehabilitated. I also remember when they got out finally, as young adults. Caused an uproar.

THE Best Movie I've seen in a very, very long time. It's absolutely beautiful, Andrew's charisma, his style of playing Jack, the other actors, the music, the lights, the flash backs.. I saw this today. Have had it on Sky+ for ages and only just got around to watching it. It was brilliant. Andrew Garfield is amazing, not for a long time so tocuhd by someones performance.
