I'd have to look at the numbers (which would take years prob, lol). But yes, I think we are enslaved for no reason in both systems. If we slowed growth and geared everything towards health, environment, peace, and so forth and not profit and growth, we could all live at exponentially higher living standards world wide. I do think, however, we have to redistribute the wealth heavily. Just the top 2% alone make a HUGE difference.
