If you want to be technical, you could do more things with 3-D than with 2-D. SF4 wanted add alternate outfits but if it was done in 2-D it would have cost more to do it. It would also have very time consuming. And remember, SF3 series had tight animation for it's time. But like I said once before just becasue the game looks good doesn't mean it's going to play good. Just have a wait and see approach.
Looks like SNK's idea, is to bring back the old school 3 on 3 (team battle) KOF. I have no problem with that, and I think it's good to see many classics return with old-school and "new-school" outfits. I look forward to see more newcomers, and I hope K'/Kay-Dash makes the cut:)
I'm pretty sure you're talking about Billy Kane. I'm not sure if he's confirmed yet... I haven't really followed this game much. And I'm pretty sure he's European.... Just going off of the union jack on his outfit... Good to see Terry back in his original colors. And, with Shen Woo in, I'll definitely be playing this one.
nope no billy as of yet, the roster only has 20 characters with 15 confirmed, i think the reason for this is cause more ppl will buy the next game to see other characters in this style so they put maybe 10-15 more characters in each game instead of putting everyone in the first game

yeah...
i played KOF 99 on psone and KOF 2006 on PS2 and it is really hard to make special moves...
i hoped this will released on pc too bcoz i`d play so many kof series on pc and it is a lot easier to do combos than the one in playstation platforms
i broke the PS2 d-pad when playing Max Impact... LOL
