Oh, I have a CD that teaches this from Dominic O'Brian. It's mnemonics's right? I need to practice up on this, its very usefull, I tried it a few times to remember a list of names from the bible and it worked. But the thing is you have to practice with it all the time and the more you use it the better you get at it and the more stuff you can remember quicker.
