  • We looked for years for a place with the right mix of trees and pastures, close enough to my work. And saved our pennies. Then God led us here, closer to work then I had hoped for!

    Tabata is great! I did on my bootcamp and it was great. I did a set of 7.

    I'm workin gon push ups as well but it's still hard for me. I will get there :D

    Great job on the nutrition. Nutrition is 70% of everything, so you are doing it right. Beautiful place you live in. Keep it going.

  • Thanks. The first few minutes of the drive is great, but then I get into traffic like everyone else.

  • 78 SU's in 2 minutes is impressive. I do really slow SU's, that's just the way I roll:) 100 Push Ups in one set is a huge goal. In my gym I can only think of one mutant that might get that. Glad the cold is finishing up and your eating sounds right on track.

    I am learning a bit about Crossfit. Are you still doing it?

  • Hope you feel better. You are rockin' it Brother. I love the scenery, awesome!!! Day 30 and I'm back on track after being off for over a week. Thank you for being such a good motivator and friend. I need to do a youtube search for those squats. I am giving the treadmill a rest too and shooting for 10,000 steps a day. Wow, you are hitting it man! You go!!!

  • You should be full of energy.  10K steps, is that about 5 miles? How is your eating these days (post vacation)?

  • Eating is mucho better! I am back on track and following intermittent fasting. I expect to reap (see my video uploaded today) good results when I weigh in next week.

  • I am definitely feeling better today. I'm working with my 13YO son on push ups and am learning it involves core strength as well as arms and chest. I know I have to move up to pull ups soon...
