78 SU's in 2 minutes is impressive. I do really slow SU's, that's just the way I roll:) 100 Push Ups in one set is a huge goal. In my gym I can only think of one mutant that might get that. Glad the cold is finishing up and your eating sounds right on track.

Eating is mucho better! I am back on track and following intermittent fasting. I expect to reap (see my video uploaded today) good results when I weigh in next week.

I am definitely feeling better today. I'm working with my 13YO son on push ups and am learning it involves core strength as well as arms and chest. I know I have to move up to pull ups soon...

Tabata is great! I did on my bootcamp and it was great. I did a set of 7.
I'm workin gon push ups as well but it's still hard for me. I will get there :D
Great job on the nutrition. Nutrition is 70% of everything, so you are doing it right. Beautiful place you live in. Keep it going.
