I must say my trip to tokyo last year was the best experience in my hole life and I think a journey is a good idea. Many people work at jobs that are beneath their skill or mentality level, and often times they become stressed because they feel trapped. My job is pretty limiting of my capabilities, and often I find myself demotivated. My best advice is not to deal with stress, but rather find the source of it and eliminate it (even if it means finding a new job). Most people will tell you to make the best of a bad situation, but unfortunately I can not recommend that. I tell people to forge their own paths.
