I remember this song when I was in college in Las Vegas and it was on Spring break . I did not have a car the so on a spring break my friend and I took a Greyhound bus to Los angeles and in the bus we were singing this song and Bad Girl and Sunset people. to kill the 6 hr bus drive. We went to Studio One to Dance our asses off. What a good Memory Flash Back.

i was too young to go to discos,what i heard it was great... then the gay community got in to it.then in 1981 aids scare but it was only the gay people who got it. in 1982 strait people got it. dam 1982 is when i got into high school.everyone was scard to have sex. disco was a up lifting music and fun.. the early 80s where scary until we found out how people got aids i remember people where scared to kiss each other.

i contend madonna took off because people were starved for any dance music.
