This is another example of the hypocrisy of communists, first; below you find one. Tries to insult capitalist by calling people rats, how typical. Second, after 50 years making capitalism and private business the root of all evils, Cuba uses it to get out of the economic hole they find themselves in. This is nothing but treating the symptoms and not the disease. The disease is called communism and is cured with bullets in the heads of its leaders.
