there is a very secret and very well hidden easter egg that you may either have to hack (or cheat for) or be really great at gta vice city. in the ammu-nation in downtown (or any ammu-nation i guess) you need to go inside a certain wall and you will find a picture of Ronald Regan. this is the least known easter egg.

Correction in description for the armour and health:

200% Health: complete the Paramedic missions.

200% Armour: complete the Vigilante missions.

After completing the Vigilante missions, maximum armor is increased by 50%.

And after completing the Paramedic missions, you get infinite sprint.

There are other side missions and stuff for health and armor, so you do need to complete everything in the game, to have them both at 200%.

Baxtres Tower - When you go to Escobar Internation on a Heli or Plane before it loads get as high as you can and look at the military base you will see a road

Recardo Diaz - Wearing his cement shoes before he even dies and after he dies

When you complete all the taxi missions in little havana listen to the radio in the cabbie...

The Tall buildings in downtown if you fly up there with the trainer or tank you can see that they are not solid

You can change the planes routes that fly out of escobar internation by Fcking around in the directory of vice city (I made so now the Adromada flies right into the Vercetti Estate xD)

If you complete the strip club you can go to the special room :D
