how do u do the batting practice, because the only way that I can think is to go into "batting" and like rookie and veterin and other stuff but I cant go into it, it just says "help" and i cant select it. so if anyone can help, I would relly apreciate it.

my created player has a 600 batting avg, 81 hr, and 219 rbis in his 3rd year in the mlb, this game is all about plate discipline, and timing, i dont use the power swing i only use contact swing
