i think there should be same rules for civilian and military agencies, but i doubt Obama will do anything to actually resolve the issues left by his predecessor, considering he is totally inexperienced.

Obama IS a professer of Constitutional law,so I'm reletively confident that he has the skills to deal with this particuler situation.

teaching is different, i mean he does not have much political experience. But i guess we have to wait to find out.
