Yes, the boss spawns fel hunters. Well it did back in tbc, but with the ammount of dps people can push with lvl 80 gems, and levling gear it's very rare the fight goes that long.

Beta. Bloodworms were in insane and not limited to 4. DS healed w/o diseases too.  It was 5 blood dk's because they did enough healing to just pull a healer out of the equation.

Bloodworms are a Blood talent that deal damage and heal the DK for the damage they deal. He had 10-15 out at a time in the video.

Raise Dead i think it is.. it allows you to raise a dead ally as a ghoul for a few minutes. They get like 1 attack skill and stuff so not that great but still helpful in spots like this.

anti caster, anti magic shield, chains of ice, death grip, and lets not forget its pet the ghoul, good for stuns, it has a lot of silences especially when you are belf for arcane torrent, the diseases are the 1st class, it can self-heal and do dps at same time, plus it is cool on top of all that, who doesnt want free class mounts, glowing eyes and bad ass weapons and armor..... rlly its fun, im not saying its the best class though cuz lock is rlly good but its up there!
