No real skill just good power. The same can't be said from light-heavyweight on down. Where are the Russians within those divisions? You should Check the Facts. In Boxing: There are 520 American Pro Heavyweights. 300 of them are white people from Usa. There are only 40 Russian and Ukrainian combined as Pro Heavyweights. Always in Usa, the Black rule. Ukraine and Russia rule the world. Russia and Ukrainian are too big and strong for the lower division and only can compete for it before they hit puberty.
Russia rule the Top division so why would they bother with lower division?
