Just visited your project and I found that this is a great way to build a fast home. I've many doubts on shipping container to build a house before but after visited this house I've no question ask anymore. You have your great way to do it and compare with normal steel structure definately this is more affordable. I like your architectural space planning with modular system, very creative. Nice house.
@roslanha Hi En. Roslan, we recieved your mail and replied to you, please check. Thank you for interested on our Contianer home project and hope to see you soon.
@kencancook Hello , Not to invade on your discussion, would it be possible to have the plans or maybe you have a website with others home plans ? I would greatly appreciate details of cost etc.. I think I might be sold ! Great work Kanhecook !
@sslimjohn Green is a concept that is going to take a long time to be FULLY embraced by everyone but it is a future possibility if it is more about financial efficiency or being business savvy rather than purely about saving the environment. Therefore, we are not only consider reduce CO2 but time and cost effective solutions.
Thanks for your interest. Ya, this is one of the best green investment in property market. Just look at the physical saving compare with new steel structure, it save at least 30% with same design and same materials, furthermore it save time to build.
I like it very much and would like to have one for myself. It's unique and impress! I think this a good value for green investment. I have few bungalow lots at Pajam, do you think yo can help?
@myresorthome , We are doing some bungalows @ Pajam too. You may contact us and our project team will advise you on the cost and potential of your ROI.
Congratulations! Very Impressive and you make it as the 1st in Malaysia. Can't believe it... I know a lot people trying to build but no one is completed as yours in Malaysia .... you are number one! You make it possible....
@MYECOWORLD , We put a lot of effort on R & D and considerations especially on local climate. Handling of this steel boxes is not easy but it was resolved by our technical team members and construction manager. Now we know better what should do and what should not do. Hope this will encourage Malaysian to rethink the box and make it green!
Hi, Ken. I like your ideal very much. Excellent indeed! This must be a good start for your country. Hope you can share more with us on your upcycle projects.
