Will it sink without that bag inflated? Any lockable/secure/waterproof storage for an iPhone, car keys, and a handgun?

@NJRocker228 i dont know if you are supposed to, but i have, and if you are a strong paddler i would sayt that you would be safe in like..force 4 winds in the sea
