You said there's a 5 minute break between each play? Maybe a commercial break, but they have those in rugby too. In the NFL the playclock (how long they have between each play) is 40 seconds, and in the CFL it's 20 seconds. Maybe it takes a bit longer because of penalties sometimes. Now stop being an annoying troll.
