I dunno Raichu seems pretty good as he is now unfortinatly I do have to say his Thunder is a bit overpowered on how it seems at the moment. I mean comon the character lucario/mewtwo or whatever with darkrai texture got sent flying at 37%. I think the calculation on the move shouldn't be that strong.

@Roxas31512 I think what Igdsmasher was going for is using that "down smash attack" animation as Raichu's animation for when he's just standing still. I actually think it's very clever, considering Raichu's a freakin' electric power house. Kinda cool to see electric sparks coming from Raichu's body from time to time just as he stands still.

I ilike it for the most part but as I mentioned before I think his aerial moves should be altered and give him a FS that works for sure because it's rather annoying when a CPU get picked as him randomly and then gets the smash ball...

His tail attack is ok, but his other moves look like they are hard to use, after all opponent will not stand in one place.

You should show it on fighting NPC opponent as well.

By the way, do it is oficial character, your character you made, or just pikachu with diference look ?
