  • Yes i like pina colada, and getting caught in the rain:)

  • i got told i can use "Skim milk powder" instead of protein powder is this true? i was told its high in protein and low in fat lol

  • I think Jay Robb protein powder is one of the best protein supplements on the market ,but low fat equals low testosterone remember cholesterol is used to produce the steroid hormones required for normal development and functioning.

  • zero fat?|

if thats a meal replacement, dont u need healthy fats, which are essential for you?

  • @c24c24c24 Just consume a small handful of raw nuts or seeds along with the drink, or add them to the drink. --Jay

  • Jay,

I received sample packets of your powder for Christmas (my brother-in-law is an avid powerlifter and a fan of yours). How much water should I use per packet? Mind you, I'm only using water because I take it to work to consume, so I'm looking for a packet-to-water ratio.

  • @JRTVFan I find 12 ounces works great.

  • @JayRobbEnterprises

    Thanks for the reply.

I tried that. I found out I just needed 6 fl. oz. of water.

  • I actually enjoy your videos, your a good marketer, it's not boring to listen to you.

  • dont drink too much coconut water in a day, its slightly natural laxative

  • hehehehh what a rip off, sams club u get 5lb of whey protein for 32bucks

then u go to muscleandstrenght com and get a ffree workout plan and free nutrition plan and forum for help.....enjoy

  • @xGLAVONJAx Hmmm. You can go to your local Kia dealer and get a Kia 2012 Rio sedan for $13,400. Or you can go to your local Mercedes dealership and get a 2012 E550 Sedan for $59,790. Different strokes for different folks. The important part is that you are exercising, eating properly, and living properly. How high you raise the bar is up to you. --Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterprises

When it comes to cars I own a 2005 Mercedes E500...and I love it and of course Mercedes compared to Kia is like fire and ice...so different...but we are talking about a Protein shake and you need the right ingridients..I looked at your product online and it cannot be compared to the MuscleTech 5LB from SamsClub... the MuscleTech in this case is the Mercedes and yours is not a Kia..maybe a VW but faar from a Benz...and yes nutrition is important your right

  • @xGLAVONJAx MuscleTech contains only 20 grams of protein per serving, so you are basically paying top dollar for the second ingredient (about 9 grams worth) which is for maltodextrin (cheap corn starch). That product also contains artificial flavors, acesulfame potassium (artificial sweetener), sucralose (another artificial sweetener). You may want to revisit JayRobb.com and compare ingredients, protein content and more. You get what you pay for. Our ingredients say it all.

  • @JayRobbEnterprises

if you want to be fat yes...but if u want to lose weight and gain muscle ....then u go with muscle tech...your product has to many calories and is a waste of money...maybe for people with a eating disorder, but weight lifters...hell no

  • I have seen the calories and sugar what is in the coconut juice.... the strawberry contains a fruit sugar as well... I don't think it is effective...

  • @christinakarancz That drink is designed for active folks. If you are only moderately active, you can make one of my lower-carb drinks as found in my Shake Down Diet book or try this recipe: 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons almond butter, 6 strawberries, 1 heaping tablespoon psyllium seed husks, 1 scoop Jay Robb Whey Protein, 2 tablespoons whole milk yogurt, 4-8 ice cubes. Mix in a blender. Enjoy! –Jay

  • i love your enthusiasm u make the drink look so refreshing

  • LOL you are hilarious! I kept singing "Amazing" today in school haha just great. Oh and I did try the shake and it's really good ;)

  • does the coconut juice contain suger?

  • Amazing lol

  • I have a few tips. 1. Add the protein powder first. 2. Add the strawberries. 3. The coconut juice. This is to prevent any waste of powders or spills :

  • what is pina colina flavor?

  • @MrSingmealullaby It tastes like a Pina Colada.

  • whats a good fat loss meal plan

  • The shake looks great! But theres no way the shake is going to "burn fat". Thats a bit misleading to some ppl

  • @1TN0TFSHG Technically, if you eat in a way that limits carbohydrate intake you have a strong chance of burning fat on a regular basis. If you eat in a way that loads up on carbohydrate, you have less of a chance to burn fat. In the case of the Strawberry Super Slimmer, it is low in calories, moderate to low in carbohydrate, and high in protein, which makes it more favorable for your body to burn fat.

  • thats not a meal.....

  • @plee86 Why not? It contains plenty of protein, plus fruit, and coconut water. I would call it a small meal, and not a large meal, but it still could be classed as a meal, especially if you are into eating a lot of small meals throughout the day instead of two or three larger ones.

  • OMG hahah he takes out his protein powder and its his brand and picture in the protein powder tub.....i wonder how it feels to have our own protein powder...

  • Great video... I added it to my hubpage article. How-to-Lose-Weight-with-Diet-Shakes-Slim-fast

  • do u have to add coconut juce ?

  • @andysixrockz No, you can just add water.

  • how many calories in this shake? and would it make it any less effective if i were to add a banan?

  • Low in calories but high in energy? Isn't a calorie a unit of energy by definition?

  • Hey there! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • no way i would never ever use a protein shake that has an artificial sugar .... especially not stevia or anything....

  • @ninoalvaro Our protein powders do not contain ANY artificial ingredients. Stevia is an all natural sweetener.

  • @JayRobbEnterprises thanks thats real good to know i may actually try this then cause i hate the supplements that put all types of artificial thing something i cant even pronounce

  • dosent freezing foods take away huge percentages of the good stuff in it e.g.protein etc ?????

  • @TitonTheTanK No, freezing will not take anything away from the "good stuff".

  • i know that whey protein powder is high in protein but isnt it bad for your health?

  • No serious amateur or professional bodybuilder would use coconut juice or water in their protein shakes.

  • @cxdurden Let me know why not? If you have valid reasons, I am always open to learning something new. --Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterprises Well -- Coconut juice is high in the glycemic index and bodybuilders are paranoid about eating simple carbs...Most just use water and lace their shakes with natural peanut butter and splenda...What about almond milk? Have you tried that?

  • @JayRobbEnterprises estrogens...

  • This dude is awesome, love his presentation. It fits well with his song.

  • is there a way i can sample the whey protein before i buy it. alot of protein shakes i've tasted are not good and i dont want to buy somehing i wont like. i need something that taste GOOD.

  • everyone out there, if you have serious goals for the weight room

DO NOT DRINK SHAKES FROM THE GYM YOU ATTEND! NOTHING BUT FRUIT JUICES THAT ARE LOADED WITH SUGAR

  • too much sugar u gonna die with dibaties

  • @mingsorock3 Our protein powder does not contain any sugar. We use stevia to sweeten our whey protein.

  • @JayRobbEnterprises

What about the coconut juice/water? Wouldn't it be better if you used water?

  • @stotherizzle Coconut juice/water would also be fine

  • do you use vanilla flavored protein shake?

  • @scottfser I use Pina Colada in this recipe, but you can use any flavor. Vanilla would be a great choice!

  • @JayRobbEnterprises alright cheers bud vanilla it is, vanilla would go with most fruits right? like banana and stuff?:P

  • @scottfser Absolutely!

  • @JayRobbEnterprises alright

  • @bblslovesmusic yes protein shakes are safe for you, and they are great since youre still young and you are still growing. i started taking protein shakes when i was 15, that was when i first started lifting. they are great, and yes you can still eat meals. try to replace 1 meal with a protein shake tho. goodluck. i know this by experience and trust me you will like the results. you need protein.

  • sounds super sweet

    sugar is sugar

  • @bblslovesmusic depends. If your 14 its fine. If your trying to lose weight you should drink this instead of meals however if you are looking to gain muscle, than you can drink this after workouts on top of meals. Whey powder is sold pretty much everywhere. Look specifically at drug stores and nutrition stores because they will have the best thats available. Hope this helps

  • hey ive been trying to find something realy good that i can go on a jog and drink this every day whats better yours? or this i found it online:

    1 cup orange

    -1 cup tangerine

    -1 cup pineapple

    -1 cup grapefruit

    -1 cup mango

    generous squirt of lime

    tsp honey

    -cup ice

    plz respond

  • @Airsoftsniperfly2 If this is a drink using fresh fruit and not juice then it is a great drink. I would skip the honey. What’s the point? This is not a protein drink, so it is for a different purpose than my protein drink recipe. If your drink is with juice, then I don’t recommend it.

  • @JayRobbEnterprises hey thx man is your protiene powder good for me? im only 13. i like these types of things

  • @Airsoftsniperfly2 Absolutely!

  • @JayRobbEnterprises o cool thx man! your the best

  • hey , so is the secret to weight loss the high energy thing

  • @MsSaraty The secret to losing weight is to eat less calories than you burn each day, thus your body will choose some of its fuel from its own body fat. You can easily achieve weight loss with one simple Jay Robb Technique.

At every meal, stop eating before you are full. --Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterpriseswhat do you think about cheat days

i hav this obsession with a raw dessert made with avocado and dates and when is the bet time to consume them ? thx for your fullnes tip i find it very easy to pply and i also adviced my riends to do the same

  • @MsSaraty On my diet programs I allow one free meal a week. Dates and avocados are okay from time to time and would best be consumed as a small dessert or added to a Jay Robb Whey Protein shake.

  • I just made this one for the first time and it is AMAZING!!!! So yummy!!!! Approximately how many calories are in this smoothie??

  • when is better drink protein shake before you go to gym or affter ?

  • @JayRobbEnterprises Thanks.
