Before my friend was about to sell his modded 04 SRT4, I got to drive it. His car was so worn down from the extensive mods and aggressive driving, it feel like driving a farm tractor haha. SRT4 Neons over SRT4 Calibars.
i wish they could have change up the look alittle more it looks way to similar to the normal neons.. for the performance difference and wat its made for they really should have changed the look cuz i wanna buy one but its almost the same as a regular neon! thats the onli thing stopping me from owning one..
Not bad... But I still can't justify buying a car that is called a neon...it's a fad, it'll never be in a collectors showroom like a gt500 or corvette will be.. And you just don't get the same appeal right out of the box like you will oh say..a 94 c4 corvette with a 350 small block and the sound it makes!
@bighunt08 dude im sorry but most teens by cars for speed not for collectability. i had a 79 vette check out my vids it had 475 horses and it got totalled. now i have an rx7 that would kill it

I've had the misfortune of knowing 1 and meeting 2 people who owned srt4's and for some reason they think they had a fast car... They didn't.. It's the guys that buy these 4 cylinder cars and think that because it has a fartcannon and CAI that it's fast.. Idk I guess I just have a thing for the joy of the drive!
@joe03110 its good bro i got a downpipe no cats, up pipe with hks ssbov, a custom side exausht straight pipe, stage1 now, irdium plugs, and a ccold air intake running like a champ
i have a roush mustang now, but i still wish i had my srt-4! still hardcore muscle till i die, but these damn things are not to be taken lightly. outstanding cars guys! keep up the good work, and big numbers
a neon srt4 does NOT run a mid 12 stock your out of your mind i doubt you even have your license. look up top gear and see how retarded you are at least a 14.3 at best. their awesome cars though, two friends have em and even they say the downside is, climb inside and besides a nifty little boost gauge it screams dodge neon loud and clear
alright so i want some advice, i might trade my 95 honda civic for a srt-4 but i wanna know like my civic has everything possibly done to the motor inside and out and its running 12 psi untuned right now and i wanna get it tuned by august if i still have it and i would crank the psi up more cause it'd handle it but i just wanna know if it that srt4 is faster or what ...give me some help please
Nice, generalized statement you've made there. You would imply that all SRT-4's are faster than all Civics? Ever heard of Central Florida Turbo? I'd say they've got a pretty fast Civic. Actually a couple of them.

they're rated at between 13.5 and 14.2 stock. and will hit 12's w/ slicks but no 12.5 will be achieved w/ a stock srt-4

SRT-4s are WAY faster than civics. Put a Stage 2 on it and you have about a 12-13 second car.

not true man. i got a h22a built in jepan. i smoke a SRT-4 TURBO ON THE 2ND GEAR. I DID AROUND 50 TO 55MPH. (p.s. it was on a stop light)
