These ppl deserve no less than what they deserve...ive seen all the videos with this poor little girl..the bruises..broken bones..the paleness and everything ANYONE could see she was 100% being abused..my question is..WHY as her paternal GRANDMOTHER..you didnt stop it?YOU kept returning her to her mother..if ANYONE ever did this to my grandbaby..id run so fast with that child until it was investigated MORE...to me..you did absoltely nothing.ALL adults failed protecting Kelsey..ALL!

You can see such a huge difference in this child when you look at the earlier and later pictures taken of her. That in itself should have been enough for someone to have done something. It's blatantly obvious there was something desperately wrong.

kelsey get a seizure everytime she's under micheal care...she throw up and stomach ache everytime Raye left kelsey's with micheal alone,Kelsey got bruises everytime she get back home.micheal didnt help kelsey to practise her walk after the sprained ackle but he broke her leg.Kelsey always say she dont want michael and always wants to follow where Raye went.Dont raye see there's something wrong here???what mother she is?2 years of kelsey's life she should know kelsey dont have a seizure.arghh!!

Raye dawn is blind and stupid!she souldnt trust micheal with anything.micheal never do anyting to help but he hurt Kelsey everytime he had the chance to be alone with kelsey,he molested kelsey and abused her. i hate both of them especially the mother.i could she dont see whats changes and reaction kelsey give!!!Love you kelsey RIP.

I hope the FKM, Raye Dawn, and every incompetent member of the DHS who failed Kelsey, suffer for the rest of their natural lives. FKM isn't interested in justice for Kelsey. FKM is only concerned with their lies, and getting Raye released. FKM claims that other people are using Kelsey's name for their own gain. I don't see them forming the FreeRayeDawn user name

I know it's best to report child abuse, but when you hear something like this--how DHS fails to protect the child--it's hard to believe in the system. You just can't always play fair when it comes to the law. Raye Dawn and Michael Porter certainly didn't.

Sweet Kelsey, I'm sorry so many people failed you. Rest in pace, angel.

All the adults failed her, my God what does it take to see what was happening to this little girl. They're all blind or what? And for the DHS workers, are'nt they trained to know if a child is abused or they just don't care. RIP little Angel Kelsey.

Did the judge who returned Kelsey to Raye & Mike even look at the reports that said the injuries Kelsey suffered happened when she was in the care of Raye & Mike before he gave Kelsey back to them?

I don't even know.He has said that he took the advice from the workers(Mind you after Kelsey's death it was revealed that some of them only started working a week before).

This is another plain example of a Judge believing the lies of the mother.

On those trial transcripts, witnesses have witnessed Ray Dawn abusing Kelsey! I think both the mom and stepdad abused Kelsey but as to who abused her is the mystery. The only one with motive however is Raye Dawne because Lance was coming back from Iraq and RD was jealous that he was going to see Kelsey without taking any parental classes. I don't see any motive in Mike though. He had two kids for crying out loud that he didn't hurt. I think if anything, he was covering up for RD!!!!

I agree but as for Porter I believe he also abused Kelsey.If what Gayla said is true he once told Raye "You only care about that thing in the back"referring to Kelsey.I think Porter was jealous of Kelsey. Also Kelsey said "Daddy Mike hurt my head" & "Daddy Mike hurt my head"

I believe both hurt Kelsey either by abusing her or standing there and not doing anything.

Kelsey's abuser is unknown, so might as well send her back to a home where documented abuse has occured!!It just doesn't make sense how anyone in their right mind, would send a child back after not finding out who abused her,it was like sending Kelsey to swim with Sharks, and the Sharks won!Obviously Judge Craig Key, doesn't have a remorse about it,cause he wrote a book based on lies,and accusations..It was in the care of Raye that Kelsey died,not Kathies, so obviously Kathie was right!

This video really shows the decline in Kelsey,s health and appearence. anyone can see it.so how was abuse missed.God only knows what poor little Kelsey had to endure.good video.

That's exactly what I have been telling people. That whole talk in her letter saying they were going to drop the case makes it sound like Kelsey was doing great when in reality Kelsey was fading.

She didn't complete her treatment plan.

Kelsey never should have been returned.

Your absolutely right,Kelsey never should have been returned!!Everyone failed this precious child,except the Briggs family!

They did everything legally they could to protect Kelsey!Judge Key allowed her to go swim with the sharks,and they devoured poor Kelsey!FKM claims RD didn't know, well after it was documented and 2 broken legs,if it were my daughter she would never,ever be left alone,with anyone ever again!Just goes to show that Raye knew,she just pretended not to know!!She put MP 1st!

From the time she met Mike, she never put her daughter 1st, only him!If she had put Kelsey 1st, we all would not be sitting here discussing Kelsey's tragic death!I hope the pair of them rot in Hell. And Kelsey may you REST IN PEACE SWEETHEART!
